SMS Terms

These terms cover the FameUS text messaging program, operated by FameUS, Inc.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

What we send
FameUS sends account and booking text messages, including:
- Phone number verification codes
- Booking requests, confirmations, and changes
- Booking reminders, such as 2 days and 3 hours before an event
- Important account and payment notices
We do not send marketing text messages under this program.
How you opt in
You agree to receive these messages by checking the text message consent box and entering your mobile number when you create an artist page, enter a competition, or make or accept a booking in the FameUS app. You can see the consent step on our Text Message Consent page. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any FameUS message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To start again, reply START or opt in again in the app.
If you opt out, you may miss booking reminders. Booking details will still be sent by email.

Message frequency varies based on your account and booking activity. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
