Text Message Consent

How you opt in to FameUS texts

Effective September 25, 2026

FameUS, Inc. only sends text messages to people who ask for them. This page shows the consent step exactly as it appears in the FameUS app whenever we collect a mobile number: when you create an artist page, enter a competition, or make or accept a booking.

The consent box is unchecked by default. You can finish your booking without checking it. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

FameUS: You're signed up for account and booking texts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.

FameUS: Your verification code is 482913. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out.
FameUS: Booking confirmed! DJ Kai for Sat Oct 10, 7:00 PM at Waikiki. Details in the app. Reply STOP to opt out.
FameUS: Reminder, your booking with DJ Kai is in 3 hours, 7:00 PM today. Reply STOP to opt out.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any FameUS message to stop receiving texts. You will get one final confirmation and nothing after that. Reply HELP or email info@fameuslive.com for help.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Full details are in our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
